our approach

We believe in happy, healthy, and functional bodies. We approach movement and exercise from a mindful place and encourage you to do the same. With this practice, you will begin to gain a heightened sense of awareness and clarity throughout your everyday life, while gaining strength and mobility in your physical body. Our hope is that you will begin to naturally incorporate movement into your lifestyle to increase energy and happiness, as well as decrease stress and pain.

Through Pilates - [a system of exercises created by Joseph Pilates that focuses on core strength, breath, precision of movement, posture, flexibility and an overall balanced body] - and similar “Pilates inspired” exercises, we are here to guide you on your movement journey. We emphasize proper biomechanics while also encouraging movement exploration and curiosity. We believe a movement practice can be healing, allowing for growth from the inside out. Give yourself time to practice and allow your entire self to grow.
