Duet sessions can be booked if you have a partner or a friend you’d like to work out with. During these guided sessions, we will work together in unison utilizing the springboard (a wall mounted apparatus with a variety of spring attachments). Please contact us to schedule a duet session.

Private in studio group classes can also be scheduled with a maximum of 8 participants. Private groups are also available off-site (in your home). These group sessions will be mat work. Please contact us for more info including pricing and to schedule a private group.

Springboard group classes

Using a wall mounted apparatus with a variety of spring attachments, our small group Springboard Pilates classes take your regular mat class up a notch. Practicing Pilates with the addition of controlled spring resistance will improve your core strength, coordination, alignment, balance, joint stability and range of motion. Spring resistance offers feedback to the body enabling you to take control of your movement. Class will always focus on proper biomechanics while also encouraging movement exploration and autonomy. Some Pilates mat experience is preferred. Limited space is available, sign up required. Sign up for a class today!

A “Springboard Fundamentals” class is also offered. Focus on the fundamentals of the springboard in this class! You will work at a slightly slower pace to allow yourself time to connect to each exercise. This class is perfect for anyone who is looking to deepen their form and/or for Springboard newbies.

During this Pilates mat class, we will focus on strengthening and lengthening the body from the center out. Through strength and mobility work, we will emphasize moving functionally while layering movements into progressive sequencing that will challenge the physical body as well as keep the mind engaged. Class will focus on proper biomechanics while also encouraging movement exploration and autonomy. All levels of experience are welcome! This class will ask you to stay aware and listen to your needs. Let’s move and understand our bodies with more acceptance! Sign up for a class today!

An asana (posture) class for all bodies and abilities that honors the great lineage of yoga. Sustainability of practice, maintenance of the whole self, and mindfulness are the pillars of this class. Asana is practiced at a slower more meditative pace which emphasizes breath and healthy postural alignment as well as functional postures aimed at guiding the body into more freedom and harmony. The class is a combination of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga styles, with fewer transitions than Vinyasa yoga and more flow than Hatha. The class will conclude with a series of deeply restorative asanas aimed at relaxing and preparing the body for a satisfying savasana. Sign up for a class today!
